The Moon Rabbit Project is a cyberpunk stealth game, set in the streets of Neo-Tokyo's undercity.

Controls: It plays much better with a gamepad, although mouse and keyboard is supported. The final ability doesn't work on keyboard controls, and I ran out of time to fix it.
